Please complete this form in its entirety, with names as they appear on passports.
This year, all form filling for Israel Tour will be online. On receipt of the initial application form (below) and a deposit of £350, you will receive an email which will contain:
a) your unique username and password;
b) the payment schedule for the programme;
c) important information and Terms & Conditions booklet;
d) other information concerning your Israel tour.
All you have to do is print off the information, read it carefully and then, using your unique username and password, get online and complete the full application and medical forms as soon as possible. All application and medical forms must be printed off, completed, signed and returned to us by February 26th 2016.
It is very important on the application form below that you correctly identify which is the primary email address. This is the address to which the username and password will be sent and will be the main channel of communication.
Please note that your place will only be secured once we have received your completed Application and Medical Forms and they have been approved.
Age: School Year 11 / S4 (Age 16)
Dates: 13th July to 6th August 2017
Price: £3,199 (early bird), £3,275 (from 31/01/2017) – excludes kuppah £150.
Price includes flights, accommodation, tours, travel, madrichim, food, entrance fees, private transportation, basic medical and baggage insurance and security.

Habonim Dror never refuses a camp application due to financial situations. Approximately 10% of the cost of camp is subsidised – that’s £25,000 a year.
